Position Description : - Director, Rewards & Performance Hub leads the Global Rewards hub that has its core mission to support the Total Rewards & Performance teams globally creating efficiency in Rewards operations providing depth & breadth in all of the activities that can benefit from standardization & centralization. - S/He will be responsible for Groupwide Market Intelligence activities. This includes compensation & budget survey submissions for all 100+ countries, analyzing survey data and proposing salary ranges for these countries, facilitating the adoption of new methodologies and tools for job pricing, and others. - S/He supports the data-driven decision making by producing diverse Rewards Analytics activities ranging from annual frequency groupwide reports to monthly frequency region/leadership dashboards. - S/He is responsible to manage Global Performance, Salary Review, and Bonus campaigns impacting more than 100,000+ employees in 100+ countries. In addition to regular cycles, if any additional cycles are required for Blue Collar employees or due to exceptional circumstances, S/He ensures the success of these. - S/He partners with Global Rewards organization team for Performance shares and employee stock schemes supporting the end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting of schemes and stock allocations - Successful candidates are strong guardians of company values and principles. The manager or Individual contributor : Manager Expected Team Size : 16 Global or Regional Role : Global Reports To : VP, Global Capability Center Experience Required: - Master's in business administration with a focus on Total Rewards, well versed with the current and upcoming trends in the field - Extensive experience in creating and managing Service delivery teams working with global stakeholders - Minimum 10 years of progressive HR technology experience Skills and/or competencies required: - Compensation and benefits- schemes design and implementation - Business needs assessment design - Project definition, design and planning - Working with integrity and trust - Planning and priority setting - Understanding and motivating others - Making Board level presentations to Senior HR Management
