Description : - We are looking for someone who is passionate about University relations and campus hiring and has bold ideas with a potential to revolutionize this space. - The incumbent would be Our Brand Ambassador at Campuses and would create a positive end to end experience for candidates. - This role will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with key Universities which in-turn would help us attract top talent. - Additionally, this role also involves partnering with various internal stakeholders like Business leaders, HR leaders and team, Employer Branding and marketing teams and more to develop and execute an innovative and effective campus branding and engagement strategy across our partner colleges - The role calls for outstanding planning, execution and problem-solving abilities. Some of the other key responsibilities would be : - Build relationships with a range of stakeholder audience which includes professors, student groups, students, Placement officers, vendor partners and more - Ideate and execute futuristic practices to differentiate the university relations program and yield best possible slots - Leverage the use of social media / other platforms to connect with students - Improve program through external benchmarking, gathering lessons learned and listening to feedback from stakeholders - Manage end to end program governance - Work on internal data/metrics to manage to report to key stakeholders and drive process efficiency, examine data and analyze trends and translate them into next steps to meet the desired outcomes - Ensure maximum our branding initiatives reach out to students of our key campuses and have maximum traction from the target group Experience Needed - 5 + Years of Campus Hiring experience for someone with a good pedigree Preferably an MBA
