The team is responsible for best in class digital analytics reporting and management, providing reliable reporting

Current team is also supporting various supply chain planning applications like Kinaxis, One MM and Schneider supplier portal.

Schneider supplier Portal is a global supplier portal for Schneider connecting 200+manufacturing plants with 10000+ suppliers for upstream supply chain. It's a collaborative platform for information exchange related to upstream supply chain between plants and suppliers. This portal is in phase of development and deployment with targeted completion in next 2-3 years.

The position is expected to support development and deployment of Schneider supplier portal.

Understanding business processes related to Upstream is key. Main role will be to understand the specifications of portal / testing the capabilities after development, and deploying these capabilities with all regions and plants. Part of the role is also to build training materials and find ways and means to improve adoption of SSP among users.

This role offers the opportunity to gain expertise in upstream supply chain and Procurement processes. It provides an exposure to work in a global role with teams in different supply chain regions, plants, Purchasing and IPO.

Essential Functions - 

- Understand and gain expertise in Upstream SC Processes.

- Understand and gain expertise in current functions / capabilities of supplier portal

- Understand the business specification on new capabilities

- Build test cases and execute them for new development / changes

- Build / update training material to support deployment

- Conduct trainings and build knowledge on usage of supplier portal

- Support deployment of supplier portal with suppliers and plants.

- Candidates should possess minimum 4-5 years experience in Upstream Supply chain (Similar profile as UFS in Schneider factories).
