Being a part of any industry for a period as long as four decades or more has its own merits and demerits. On the one side being a manufacturer, and being associated with some market leaders as production partners had some low hanging fruits but on the other side the feeling of being a part of the ecosystem itself always puts your heart to do something right, something very right.

We witnessed the market being run and ruled by some mega sized multi national conglomerates and enormous number of small local manufacturers filling the supply chain gaps at regional levels.

This is where the idea of Schmiermittel was conceived and hatched on for around an year for further market studies. And then late in 2020, while the world was busy inventing a vaccine for a deadly medical epidemic, a young entrepreneur was busy in creating a road map for a young brand. A brand focused on being affordable, on being qualitatively top notch, on being logistically national, on being non-secretive of compositions and most importantly on being true to its customers in terms of giving what is required.

Indian consumer is a price sensitive consumer and that makes him very vulnerable to companies who just want to sell, irrespective of the quality and standard which is actually required. On the other side we, at Schmiermittel, believe in giving what is required.

Schmiermittel is a German synonym for the word Lubricant and this word itself is our brand name, this is simply because this is what we sleep on every day. The team at Schmiermittel is inducted everyday to be committed towards quality and consumers.

The products we bring in to our customers are manufactured in a high end best in class manufacturing plant using the most genuine raw materials. The base oil, additives and every single thing which goes inside is quality checked by our experienced laboratory team, all this is done everyday without fail, that's our commitment to ourselves and to the consumers.

Every single person at Schmiermittel owns a part of it and is genuinely focused towards the one common goal i.e. Life should be smooth, by choice. Schmiermittel is a young brand in India. We manufacture automotive lubricants, our competition is mainly with brands like Castrol, Motul, HP etc.

Role & responsibilties:

We are looking for people who can appoint distributors in the respective region and nurture them to become huge business partners.

The job responsibility will broadly include the below points:

1. Identification of Distribution Partners in each district of a region.

2. Proper vetting of the partner's credentials and market performance.

3. Analyzing the market size and prospecting our market share.

4. Onboarding of the partner.

5. Market working with the partner in the respective territory.

6. Helping partner create a proper team and monitoring the team regularly.

7. Presenting the Monthly & Quaterly & Annual Sale Report of the partner.
