JD :

- Responsible for Deploying the EI strategy to achieve the objectives of responsiveness, reliability and customer satisfaction and profitability

- Actively manage, develop and coach Existing Installation

- Supervise the EI Leaders (Asst./Area Managers) and EI Sales team to achieve targets on Mean Time Between Callbacks (MTBC), portfolio management, price, contract fulfilment, efficiency, etc.

- Analyze root causes for deviations and set up corrective actions.

- Ensure the application of the safety and health guidelines.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 9 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, or service industry, preferably in the elevator and escalator industry.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with safety and health guidelines and regulations.
