- Finance Operations manager at SCA makes sure the company is performing to its best potential. They keep their eyes on multiple areas within the company, assuring productivity and efficiency while seeking to reduce costs. They manage others within several departments and guide groups of people to complete their individual tasks in order to achieve company-wide goals. - The finance Operations manager will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting, human resources, and administration to execute on the company growth plans. This Manager will work with leadership to develop business and operating plans - Business partnering - work closely with company leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals, apply business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision-making - Ensure effective financial management of the business: responsible for performing all financial tasks and oversight necessary to achieve the organization mission and help execute growth plans - Cost controllership - which includes cost control, cost reporting & identifying cost reduction initiatives and implementing them. Initiate and drive projects leading to cost savings/efficiency improvement - Drive operational efficiency by monitoring and improving costing activities - Manage cash flow and forecasting by developing a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs - Responsible for implementing financial control over location operations, cost optimizing / effectiveness measures - Review prior financial results and discuss anticipated changes to highlight future needs and trends. - People Management - Will work with each department to ensure that decisions (hiring, training, etc) are aligned with the business goals and will lead to revenue .Conduct performance and development reviews of staff managed, to ensure motivated performance, high quality service delivery and achievement of the business plan. Maximize utilization of the resources at all levels in the organization - Set standards of transparency and accountability at the IDC office - Create and execute Operations business plan including resource planning and hiring, human resources functions, and finance and accounting - Develop and maintain a continuous improvement culture, focusing on efficient ways of working for both current and new processes. - Participate as a member of the India management team to ensure sound, data-driven decisions Education, Experience, and Skills - A leader with broad finance experience. - Chartered Accountant (C.A.) or MBA with finance would be preferred. - A hands-on manager who demonstrates integrity, credibility, confidentiality, and responsibility in all interactions and a desire to work in a dynamic environment. - Mature and proactive, with evidence of having worked as a true partner to the Senior leadership team - Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model. - An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills and a willingness to share information - Change Management - Coaching & People management - Result oriented and an excellent team player. CTC : Upto 30 lakhs (Including variable)
