SC Soft - Solutions Architect

- Heading the software practise and coordinate with teams in different geographies

- Analyzing the technology environment and provide solutions

- Setting the collaboration framework

- Participating in technology selection and Controlling solution development

- Work with and lead development team

- Oversees performance of individual team members and the team as a whole

- Identifies and addresses staff training and development needs

- Assigns and prioritizes work tasks

- Will act as a scrum master and Dev manager on projects under development

- Understanding of design patterns, principle and Object Oriented Design

- Provide feature estimates

- Mentor and support the developers and review deliverables and provide performance feedback

- Interact with customers

- Ensure timely delivery of the projects and always meet the deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Technologies which includes Desktop or Web Application

- Hands on experience in technologies such as Java, Core Java, C#, C++, .Net, Android Development, iOS and Oracle/Postgre

- Experience in Cloud Computing, Big Data, IOT etc.

- Has good experience in Web Application development

- Has used JavaScript Frameworks extensively

- Managed teams working on developing Mobile Apps (Native / Hybrid) or developing UI Frameworks using Angular or any modern JavaScript Frameworks

- Hands-on programming skills, with ability to develop quick prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and recognize/correct issues at the level of code

- Multidisciplinary experience overseeing Development, Program Management and Testing of software projects

- Sever Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills

- Well organized, strong attention to detail and focus on quality

- Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus

- Hands on experience in Agile development
