SBU Head/COO/Retail Head - Distribution - Auto Division - India (15-20 yrs)
A leading Conglomerate wishes to hire the SBU Head - Retail for its Auto division for India.
- The incumbent would be Leading the expansion and operationsof the entire PAN India franchisee network channel for used vehicles.
- Developing the network expansion through company owned and Franchisee model .
- Would work closely with the CEO for sustaining and growing the company's revenues with P&L responsibilities.
- Lead a large field team across the country, and work on their capability development.
- Establish robust distribution network and well defined processes across the business lines.
Ideal Candidate -
- BE, MBA with 15-20 years of experience across sales and distribution, preferably in varied industries.
- Must have experience in handling P&L with a team of cross functional people .
- We invite applications from Auto / Telecom / Durables /FMCG professionals with ample experience in spearheading businesses in large competitive market space.
- Experience in developing dealer distribution / franchisee model would be preferred.
