Role Summary:
- Responsible for developing innovative branding and marketing and business strategies/ solutions to clients both online and offline.
- Having thorough campaign and sector knowledge from experiential to digital, financial services to FMCG sectors
- A well networked, motivated and goal oriented individual who can work across all cadres of the management with a proven track record of winning new pitches
Responsibilities:
- Nature and lead the client servicing team to provide long-term sustainable relationships not just with the clients but also the brands
- Excellent communicator who can guide and motivate the client servicing team; identify and develop potential
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio and also beyond
- Aware and in pursuit of potential business opportunities; to lead and run new pitches
- Having through understanding of the company strengths and service offering for effective communicate
- Responsible for all client communications in line with the strategic brief, functional and technical specifications
- Provide strong team representation and manage client expectations through regular communication with the client
- Keeps abreast of clients- business, competition and latest industry news and trends
Requirements:
- Ability to work across all levels of the management. Highly social and adaptable
- Articulate, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-driven, highly networked, goal oriented individual
- Ability to motivate and inspire the team
- Strong presentation skills, having the conviction to stand for own point of view
- Handling stressful situations and meeting tight deadlines
