- Lead comprehensive finance operations, including all aspects of accounts. management, compliance, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR),. General Ledger (GL), reconciliations, payroll, taxation, month-end closing activities,. and both Indian and international finance operations.

- Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize operational. efficiency.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to compliance standards.

- Oversee Record to Report (R2R) processes.

- Drive client acquisition efforts and build strong, lasting client relationships.

- Mentor and develop the finance team to achieve high performance and excellence.
