- Person should have worked as a technical architect/consultant on CRM platform/s on large/mid-scale projects, across the project lifecycle, from design to implementation and should understand all aspects of application design both from application as well as database perspective. - He should have the ability to review, suggest, model and deliver viable technical solutions for real world business problems - Person should have successfully architected, designed, led and developed enterprise projects covering various aspects of software development, processes and methodology - Experience on Java, related frameworks and web technologies is a must along with good understanding and knowledge of Oracle database, especially 12c, 11g - Person should have experience in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Java web services (SOAP & RESTFUL) design, development & integrations - Person should have sound knowledge on the application deployment process and tools like Weblogic, Apache webserver etc. - Person should have experience of working on Mobile application on Android/iOS - Person should have a strong understanding of projects lifecycle and deliverables of each phase. He/She should be good in Agile development methodology. - Person should have good knowledge in preparing high, mid and low level project plan. He/She should be good in microsoft project management tool. - The candidate should have led large size programs and have a proven delivery track record as a project manager. Should be able to handle multiple priorities in parallel - Knowledge of six sigma and it's tools that helps in different phases of project e.g. QFD, FMEA, Fish-Bone etc. - Strong team player - The role entails working with multiple teams hence the candidate would need to display inclusiveness to lead as well as take the team along the life of the Program. Collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources - Strong analytical skills - strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve - Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint - Stakeholders management - Person needs to effectively manage business and IT stakeholders through regular reviews and effective communication. He should also be a strong team player ensuring great collaboration inter and intra teams for effective execution - Should have very good written and verbal communication skills
