Manager - Marketing Analytics
Support the marketing rewards team through analytics by providing insights and recommendations
DESCRIPTION
1. Support the rewards team through analytics and detailed insights to understand and help improve the existing rewards program
2. Develop a very good understanding of the features of various rewards program and help identify leakages of reward points / improvement areas / audit requirements through analysis
3. Maintain a high level of engagement with business. Periodically prepare and communicate learning from analysis, to ensures enhancements in rewards construct, efficiency in processes etc., when needed.
4. Collaborate with business to develop propensity models (if required), to understand propensity of customers towards certain reward redemptions or other customer preferences to help rewards team identify right products for the right customer
5. Work with existing campaign management infrastructure to create and deploy target customer campaigns specific to rewards
6. Support the larger analytics team in delivering various other monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
7. Use other tools such as Tableau etc. to develop reporting solutions for the business
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Accuracy of figures reported
- timeliness of the analysis/reports as per the need
- timeliness of the campaigns deployed/ reports as per the need
- Applicability of model developed
SKILL SET REQUIRED
- Good SQL or SAS knowledge
- Should be keen to learn and explore tools, technology and other aspects of business outside rewards as well
- Understanding of econometrics / Statistics concepts
- Understands business need
- Ability to work in a team
- Loyalty / Rewards experience preferred but not mandatory
QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA / Masters in Statistics or econometrics
- 4-8 years of experience
- Analytics Domain is compulsory. Can be looked across industry
