Job Description Media Planning Position Responsibilities
- Defining strategy, structure and plans for media Campaigns & manage budgets. Managing, controlling and optimizing media activities and budgets across channels like TV, Print, Radio and Out-of-home
- Ensure proper execution of campaign from end to end with proper monitoring reports at pre-defined intervals while maintaining cost efficiency across mediums
- Keep track of activities being done in the market by competition as well as other key industry players. Manage & maintain accurate budgets, payments funnel and auditable records. Information layout, translations & media planning for organization notices regarding Financial results, Board meetings, AGMs & other subjects
- Retail Activations Lead and manage one of the biggest retail activation programme across industries - an award winning activity with 1000+ & counting kiosks & promo tables installed & managed across the country to support sales teams to source new customers for all core & co-brand credit cards. Define and drive retail activation strategy & plans in line with the marketing and business objectives. Provide insights and plans on opportunities for large volume activations. Ensure high level of control on retail operations ensuring quality, speed and accuracy & cost efficiency. Manage selection, staffing, payment terms & agreements and SOPs for all agencies
- Measures of Success (Define the Outcomes expected of the role) - Performance on brand health parameters. Quality of strategic inputs and media planning. Excellence of execution. Effectiveness and efficiencies of Retail Initiatives.

Must have Qualification MBA - Marketing
Total Experience Relevant Experience in a field
