Job Description : 1. Managing sales and market penetration of his respective state 2. Team handling, optimizing team productivity and achieving team results 3. Channelizing the sourcing business through dealers and open market through different channels 4. Ensure recruitment, training and development of the team 5. Executing all the sales plan and overseeing target allocation 6. Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of auto loan programs. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationship with officials and dealers for channelizing the business 8. Aligning the market team and ground lead generation activities for sales. 9. Ensure achievement of given business target. 10. Monthly clearance of bills 11. Close co-ordination with Tele sales team for business leads and closure of business leads.
