RECRUITMENT OF SPECIALIST CADRE OFFICERS ON REGULAR BASIS

State Bank of India invites Online application from Indian citizen for appointment to the following post.

Candidates are requested to apply online through the link given on Banks website https://bank.sbi/careers

1. The process of Registration is complete only when fee is deposited with the Bank through online mode on or before the last date for payment of fee.

2. Before applying, candidates are requested to ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for the post as on the date of eligibility.

3. Candidates are required to upload all required documents (brief resume, ID proof, proof of age, education, experience etc.) failing which their candidature will not be considered for shortlisting / interview.

4. Short listing will be provisional without verification of documents. Candidature will be subject to verification of all details / documents with the original when a candidate reports for interview (if called).

5. In case a candidate is called for interview and is found not satisfying the eligibility criteria (Proof Age, Educational Qualification and Experience etc.) he / she will neither be allowed to appear for the interview nor be entitled for reimbursement of any travelling expenses.

Post - Assistant Manager (Marketing & Communication)

Grade / Scale : JMGS-I

Nature of Engagement : Regular

Max Age As on 01.12.2021 : 30 Years

Selection Process : Shortlisting and Interview

Place of Posting- Mumbai (-Place of posting is only indicative, selected candidates may be posted at the sole discretion of the Bank.)

Qualifications:

Basic: Full time MBA(Marketing) /PGDM or its equivalent with specialisation in Marketing from Institutions recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC.

Minimum marks 60%

Courses completed through correspondence / part time will not be eligible.

Other:

- Additional Certification in Marketing in different media e.g. Brand Management & Media Management / Project Management /Event Management/ Digital Marketing etc. would be preferred.

- Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tool on digital platform

Experience:

(As on 01-12-2021)

- Minimum 3 years' post basic qualification experience in the field of marketing (excluding sales) in a BFSI sector/Corporates,Reputed Media & Advertising /Digital Agency.

- Out of 3 years, at least 2 years experience in facilitating designing of creative communication in ATL &/or BTL (Including Digital).

Specific Skills Required :

For Marcom Stream

1.Good understanding of consumer insights from across various demographic segments and culture nuances of different states of India especially with respect to retail banking products.

2.Executing Go-To-Market strategy for various products brands.

3.Proficiency in crafting compelling /insightful briefs for being development into effective and outstanding creative solutions and campaigns.

4.Experience in implementing brand product marketing communications across media.

5.Compilation of campaign report and analysis thereof.

6.Excellent interpersonal capabilities.

For Digital Marketing Stream:

1.Experience in product marketing on digital media platform, with wide search & display, SEO, SEM and programmatic, influencer marketing, email, SMS and SMM etc.

2.Well versed with digital marketing measurement tools and its usage and capability for facilitating creatives for marketing.

3.Up-To-Date knowledge regarding ongoing developments in the digital marketing sphere.

4.Compilation of campaign report and analysis thereof.

5.Excellent interpersonal capabilities

For Event Management Stream:

1.Experience in planning and organising corporate events.

2.Understanding the requirement of target audience and designing strategy for effective execution and impact.

3.Target customer engagement in any MNC/financial institutions.

4.Compilation of campaign report and analysis thereof.

5.Excellent interpersonal capabilities (Candidate may apply for more than one stream of specialisation)

JOB PROFILE AND KRAS :

For Marcom Stream:

- Lead front end communication with the product team and provide relevant campaign ideas basis business problem or opportunity.

- Make presentations, compile campaign report and analysis for the stakeholders in designing and implementing marketing creatives/ campaigns for the banks products and services aligned to business objectives.

- Coordinate with agency partners (creative & digitals etc.) and other related vendors to get them to deliver high quality output within defined marketing budget and timelines.

- Driving internal communication to increase awareness of new launches and campaigns.

- Any other work as assigned by Reporting Authority.

For Digital Marketing Stream :

- Implementing digital marketing creatives/campaigns for the Banks products andservices aligned to business objectives and ensuring distribution across digital channels.

- Coordinate among all stakeholders to get them to deliver high quality output within timelines.

- Track campaign performance and prepare campaign report and analysis and feedback thereof.

- Ongoing monitoring of banks website and ensure correct up to date information and banners are present across all websites and digital portals owned by the bank.

- Make presentations/compile campaign reports and analysis.

- Any other work as assigned by Reporting Authority.

- Any other work as assigned by the Reporting Authority.

For Event Management Stream:

- Knowledge of all operational aspects related to events, prevalent pricing of various related elements and through negotiation skills.

- Implementing event plans and concepts within the budget and deadline.

- Ensuring smooth conduct of Corporate Events.

- Any other work as assigned by Reporting Authority
