Here's what you can look forward to : - Program Manager will lead multiple complex technology implementations and Client Engagements in Data Analytics, IoT, Cloud &amp; Mobility with focus on providing Technology Consulting. - You will be managing multiple customer engagements, with 40-60 people team, their technology roadmap, Project deliveries and people development- to drive Revenue growth for both Saviant &amp; its customers. - You need to have high level technology understanding to be able to understand client's overall business goals and grow into the Trusted Advisor position. - You will work with Client Partner to up/cross sell new service offerings and solutions to transform client's business and needs. - You will also work with Sales and Marketing team to acquire new customers and plan your Program growth. - You will report to Head of Delivery to ensure delivery excellence (Process, quality and on time) and transform customer experience. Here is what we would like you to bring : - Any Engineering degree with MBA from a reputed institute - 12+ years of experience including 2+ years of experience with overall Program Management and client relationship management responsibility in IT Consulting Industry - Passion for Delivery Excellence and to build intelligent solutions - Strong convincing communication skills - spoken, written and overall presentation skills What we consider as a right fit for this role : - Experience of independently managing a Program for 2+ years in your career with revenue growth responsibility - If you are serving as - Single Point of Contact- to business-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.) in your current role. - Experience of providing a leadership to 50+ people team
