Saviant Consulting - Head - Delivery (15-18 yrs)
Head of Delivery will play a strategic role, driving operating capabilities and results of Delivery Business Unit of Saviant.
- You will be Steering and managing multiple Delivery Programs (150 people team), their client engagements, technology roadmap, Project deliveries and people development- to drive Revenue growth for both Saviant & its customers.
- Designing processes, solutions, Frameworks, algorithms, to ensure high quality of service and deliverables is one of the key areas of this role.
- You will need to have a strong Leadership experience building Enterprise PaaS Applications and Customer focus to be successful in this role.
- You will work closely with the CEO to provide thought Leadership to transform customer experience, build innovative solutions, to lead Saviant into one of the best consulting companies from India.
Here is what we would like you to bring :
- Experience of independently managing Delivery Business Unit for 3+ years in your career with revenue growth responsibility
- If you are serving as key authority to business-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.) in your current role.
- Experience of providing a leadership to 200+ people team
What we consider as a right fit for this role:
- Any Engineering degree with MBA from a reputed institute
- 15+ years of experience including 3+ years of leadership experience with overall BU management in IT Consulting Industry
- Passion to build intelligent solutions
- Strong convincing communication skills - spoken, written and overall presentation skills
