Responsibilities - Assist B2B product team in launching new products and features, test their performance, and iterate constantly - Co-own product KPIs, track, measure and help in improving the key metrics - Understand the user's persona of the product and execute product experiments - Coordinate with Data,Design, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Quality Assurance to create scalable experiences Required skills - Understanding of data and metrics - Idea about design and user experience - Excellent communication skills in English including attention to detail - Should be able to take initiative and drive things independently - Conceptual understanding of product management Good to have - Bachelors or Integrated Masters degree from IIT/NIT/BITS or MBA from ISB/IIM - Idea about design and user experience - Prior experience in building marketplace/D2C/platform businesses
