Identify and evaluate HR initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company L&D needs.

Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.

Create competency models.

Develop team-building exercises and workshops.

Talk with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures & regulations.

Diagnose potential organizational areas of development and identify L&D initiatives built to address it.

Recommend training and development systems and develop L&D tools and processes

Develop and implement L&D strategies and initiatives aligned with the learning needs

Actively partner with all the sites to support the development of all employees

Design and implement plans for building Leadership capability

Facilitate and drive Leadership development and learning initiatives

Launch new L&D programs in alignment with the learning needs

Own end-to-end responsibility for execution of new L&D initiatives

Training Need Identification Identify job specific L&D Needs at all levels

Develop Training Calendar based on TNI, Failures, Wastages / Cost loss & statutory essentials for Plant, R&D and Corporate.

Identify & Develop In-house Battery of Trainers or Subject Matter Experts.

Training to Mid level (MDP) & Supervisors

Selling skills & managerial training for domestic sales team

IDP for earmarked employees

Behavioral Training for staff/ line managers

Institute Continual Learning Modules (CLMs)

Develop Training modules specific to Managing Productivity for Plant personnel

Create Learning Modules and ensure Trainer Certifications on the modules

Develop Learning Effectiveness Feedback Mechanisms to record quality of the training/ learning index of trainees and L&D Analytics.

Organize external TTT workshops for identified needs.

Formulate Training impact assessment process
