Manager - Business Advisory Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5 - 8 Years Reporting to: VP Job Description: Incumbent will be a part of the Business Advisory team that executes projects across Agri and Food domain as well as support in business development activities to grow the practice area. Job Profile: Primary responsibilities: - Review/ delivery of consulting assignments by providing guidance and mentoring the team - Review/ conduct financial feasibility, opportunity assessment, industry and technology landscaping studies, formulate business plans and product-market strategies - Conduct primary and secondary research to generate insights and validate key hypotheses and develop insights, syntheses, and recommendations - Deliver strategic advisory assignments for agri business companies in the areas of input supplies, post-harvest processing and farm management services, etc. - Ensure project quality, successful project deadline achievement and client satisfaction - Publish various industry reports, articles and blogs in various segments of Agri-Food sector Additional responsibilities: - Support the team in business development activities to generate new business and expand relationships with existing clients - Research on industry landscape for tapping emerging opportunities in the target segments and reach out to companies; - Target company analysis and research report preparation, maintaining databases - Preparation of concept notes/ proposals/ RFPs/ EOIs Qualification and mandatory skills: - MBA from Top Tier B-Schools or CA with 5-8 years - Significant demonstrated experience in consulting assignments with a reputed consulting organization - Member of strategy / business planning team of Agriculture or Food company - Excellent team management skills with outstanding communication oral, written and presentation skills - Proven ability to attend to detail and work independently as well as ability to lead a small team - Strategic thinker and self-starter who can work under pressure, manage multiple projects and details, meet inflexible deadlines on own initiative and find creative solutions to problems - Strong familiarity with various industry analysis tools/ strategy formulation frameworks and demonstrated knowledge of applying in assignments - Ability to learn quickly and assimilate and willingness to share knowledge - Proactive, resourceful and client-focused; professional, pleasant demeanor.
