Job description: - Assess techno-commercial merit of IP invention disclosures - Review and draft research collaboration agreements, IP licensing agreements and other partnership documents - Patent claims review and IP analytics - IP out-licensing - identifying potential partners, create outreach material, manage reach-out and technology evaluation, transaction conclusion - Organize IP and technology transfer related trainings and programs Education and experience required: - Foundation in life sciences with IP degree - At least 2 years of experience in IP law firm, IP analytics firm or corporate IP team - Stellar communication skills - Should be a team player with positive and sincere work attitude.
