Job Description: UAM Lead
- Designing access management policies and processes
- Implementing both IAM and PAM solutions
- Planning and conducting access reviews for business related to business solutions and infrastructure
- Compliance of access management function in relation to industry frameworks/standards such as COSO, SOX, Basel II
- Business knowledge and experience in financial organizations
- Supporting audits related to access management
- Implementation of SailPoint Tools.
Position Description:
- Create, activate, maintain, validate and deactivate and secure user accounts and contact information for IT systems
- Review accounts for user access and for audit requirement according to policy
- Write and maintain user documentation. Work with policy and business requirement development groups to provide subject matter expertise regarding the provisioning of user accounts, and contact data validity
- Provide quality control and quality assurance techniques to the development of identity records and user access for IT systems
- Application access administration over multiple platforms including administrative and financial applications
- Facilitate communication between System Owners/Operators/Hospital department/application coordinators, Compliance (Privacy and Security), and end users and managers regarding identity record and user access matters
Competencies and responsibilities required by the position:
- Diploma or equivalent experience (preferably in computer science or related disciplines)
- Knowledge on Active directory or MCSE is preferred
- Experience or basic knowledge of utilizing Windows based Microsoft Office applications like Word or Excel
- Demonstrate initiative, follow-up and the ability to prioritize effectively
- 5 + years of relevant working experience in user access administration environment will be preferred
