Our Business: We have built the website and a hybrid app for Google Play Store and iOS App Store which is currently in testing stage. We would soon be approaching investors for fund raising. Post the fund raising and after gaining decent quantum of users we would be switching to native apps for better user experience. Responsibilities : 1. Work with the Founder in building the vision, architecture, team, technology stack and platform. 2. Should constantly keep yourself updated with all new trends, technologies, and approaches that could make our product better. 3. Recruit, hire and lead the technology team & related vendors. 4. Be a thought leader. Work on constantly improving our product but also have a bunch of moon-shot ideas that we can execute over time. 5. Help in building a great place to work, which is a lot of fun & develops great team spirit. Compensation: - Generous equity stake on offer, depending upon commitment bringing on the table. We expect to raise the funds in the next few months and then you can expect to get a salary on par with the industry standard. Even if you not able to join full time currently, I am fine with part-time founder (which would be reflected in equity stake) who can work 15-20 hrs/week and should be able to assist us in fundraising. - Only people with Entrepreneurial interest and passion to build something amazing need to apply. Please note that I am looking for a partner who is willing to work as passionately as we are working and not an employee who is looking for a 9 to 5 job. - Salary CTC applicable only after getting funding from Investor. Till then needs to develop the product as required & manage on self-financial support basis with a multi Hat role. Skills Required: 1. Have a sound knowhow of Javascript, Node.js, Angular, Ionic, Progressive Webapps. 2. Stronghold of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Tech Algorithms. 3. Proficient in Backend Devops, database, server maintenance, load balancing. 4. Django/Flask (Python) Developer with comprehensive backend logic. 5. Good knowledge and experience of building native android/iOS apps will be a plus. Qualification: B.Tech from premier engineering institutes IIT/NIT/BITS.
