The candidate will be a part of the Transactions & Consulting vertical which focuses on providing management consulting and transaction advisory services to clients.

Responsibilities

- Undertake research on industry updates and client-specific market information

- Scanning the market for identifying potential investment/acquisition targets

- Preparation of pitch presentation for corporate fundraising / strategic M&A advisory

- Preparation of business plans, financial models, valuations, and other investment collateral /thesis

- Preparation of investment documents, coordination for the due diligence, and support in negotiations

Skill Requirements

- Analytical - Quantitative (Statistics, Accounting Ratios, interpret Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, etc.,)

- Analytical - Qualitative (industry analysis, comparative study on market, competitor, etc)

- Effective Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

- Salary: CTC will be arrived at based on the Candidate's profile [Education & Work Experience]

- Industry: Strategy / Management Consulting Firms / Corporate Advisory Firms

- Functional Area: Research, Management / Strategy Consulting, Corporate Finance and Transactions (Fundraising, M&A, JV, etc)

- Education: MBA/PGDM (Finance specialization), or CA
