SAS Partners - Administrative & Financial Manager (4-5 yrs)

Job Profile:
1. Coordinate with operational team and report to the management / shareholders
2. Implement and ensure internal control rules
3. Monitor the invoicing process and ensure that monthly purchase and sale prices are correctly updated
4. Monitor the monthly stock valuation, operating costs and commercial margin
5. Ensure the consistency of operations with the signed contracts
6. Carry out annual budgets accordingly to the strategic choices of the management;
7. Supervise financial flows management: treasury, check and approve bank account balances, produce cash flow forecasts
8. Prepare the business plan for all new tenders and potential investments
9. Ensure that all contracts entered by the company are properly prepared taking all the legal requirements and company principles into consideration
10. Suggest solutions to improve internal efficiency
11. Assist the General Manager in strategic decisions
12. Evaluate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
13. Represent the company in front of third parties: tax authorities, auditors, banks, credit insurance and other financial institutions.
14. Supervise an administrative assistant
15. Manage the accounting, payroll and tax compliance
Skills:
1. Management skills in the administration of a medium sized company respecting internal and legal rules
2. Expertise in financial control and cash management
3. Ability to implement processes and procedures
4. Highly trustful and reliable personality
5. Rigor and autonomy
6. Fluent in English
