This position would entail functional management as an individual contributor. The incumbent would be required to : - Liaise with stakeholders in customer experience across pan India Region and also with Region/National heads to deliver impactful analytics projects. - Have in-depth business knowledge across a breadth of functional areas within Retail Banking &amp; Customer Service - Be proficient in evaluating new technologies and identifying practical business application to develop enhanced business value and increase operating efficiency. - Provide technical/functional leadership to multiple teams and ensure execution of projects/ analysis as per the agreed timelines and with accuracy and quality from the teams. - Provide strategic and tactical analytics systems support across the organization - Interface with vendors to determine immediate information requirements, anticipate future needs towards building robust datamart for future analytics - Manage projects/sprints and small working groups towards delivery of Liabilities, Assets, &amp; Wealth Customer service analytics - Analytics Experience focused primarily in the Banking &amp; Financial Services Domain. - Demonstrated problem solving skills in handling complex business problems with the help of analytics - Knowledge of process optimization and automation using python or SAS - Knowledge and high fluidity in advanced SAS and SQL is mandatory - Good handle over Python, Tableau is desirable - Strong track record of stakeholder management across business functions - Exceptionally strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills Behavioural and Soft Skills : - Communication &amp; Interpersonal skills. - Drive, Energy &amp; Action Oriented - Innovative Thinking - Organization Commitment (hard working) - Influencing &amp; Decision making Skills - Collaboration &amp; Goodwill
