SarvM.AI is a B2B2C e-commerce platform startup by Harish C an IIT Bombay Alumni with 28 years of Exp in the IT Sector and Lead Technical team, and all founders of the Sarvm.Al team from IIT, NIT IIM, BITS Pilani Alumni with 20+ years experience of large corporate and startup ( B2B / B2C ).

SarvM.AI is a software company (SAAS) with the first-ever "User-Friendly Platform" that goes beyond business management software to weave networks of all the stakeholders in the food supply chain industry.

Overview :

We are looking for a Experienced & Analytical Chief Executive Officer for a SAAS Platform based early stage Start-Up.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Ready to work with Equity only for 3-6 month (Post Funding Nominal)

- Proven experience as Chief Executive Office or relevant role

- Understanding of business functions such as Ops, Finance, HR etc.

- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

- Experience in fundraising will be a plus

- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and Ops Tools

- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

- MBA/PG Diploma in Business Administration; IIM / Top MBA College is a plus

- Prior startup experience min 3 year

- Willing to traveling

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for a Start UP.

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Operation, Sales, and Finance etc.).

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

- Collaborate with Core Team (CBO, CTO, CMO, CPO, CSO,) in all matters of importance

- Assist Founder in fundraising ventures.

- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.).

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyses complex data and make data-driven decisions.

You'll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. The goal of the CEO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
