Responsibilities :

1. Oversees the fulfillment of the organization vision through excellence in planning and execution of Technology Goals and Roadmap

2. Developing processes/practices to ensure design & quality standards in software deliverables.

3. Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business/product requirements, prioritize and plan the execution.

4. Ensure adherence to best architectural and solution design practices by the technology teams

5. Monitor health and performance of IT systems and recommend improvements

6. Manage business stakeholder communication

7. Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

8. Troubleshoot the system issues, identify and implement the solutions. Being hands-on if required.

Qualifications :

1. Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Technology

2. 11 to 14 years of relevant experience in designing and developing scalable and distributed enterprise applications

3. Proven ability to drive large scale projects with deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration and leadership

4. Expertise in Java, Spring, RESTful Web Services, ORM Frameworks, data stores such as MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc

5. Experience in front-end tools and technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React)

6. Exposure to cloud native, Container technologies like Kubernetes etc is a strong plus

7. Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills, and the ability to work under pressure
