Role Responsibilities: - Work with the leadership to understand the budget vs target for the financial year and subsequently plan a detailed breakup for the zones on week to week basis - Responsible for creating, owning and sharing the P&L for all the zones which includes walk ins/conversions/renewals/occupancy per studio etc. - Create a detailed plan for the number of footfalls for new customers in each of the zones to accordingly plan the number of conversions (walk-ins and lapsed) and renewals - Ensure the operational and sales budget are communicated to the team - Continuous reviewing of each zone with the Cluster Heads/AVPs to identify underperforming studios & keep improvising on the plan to deliver targets week on week - Work with the Zonal Accounts to track the expenses & cash collections week on week - Ensure standardized operations across all studios in the zone and keep reviewing them to streamline operations whenever necessary - Manage and resolve escalations as and when required - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute the marketing / event calendar for each zone - Track customer delight scores on a regular basis to ensure it doesn- t go below the defined threshold level - Interact with existing customers monthly to understand their experience at the studios and create an actionable plan to make it better across all zones - Conduct performance reviews and appraisals in liaison with the Zonal HR as per defined processes - Oversee escalations and dispute resolutions with the Zonal / Corporate HR in a timely manner and flag off critical issues in the zone - Ensure implementation of L&D programs in the zone Idea Candidate: - Graduate/Post Graduate from Tier 1 MBA school with 5-8 years of relevant experience in driving operations and sales aggressively - Understanding of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, operational excellence, and employee management - Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands - Strong knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines - Strong financial acumen and analytics skills. Solid understanding of retail and store operations management to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability - Problem solving skills - an insatiable curiosity and ability to develop creative solutions to complex business issues - Capacity for frequent travel to all our studios to oversee the operations
