To ensure retainable conversion through a systematic sales planning (not mere budgeting)

- Knowledge and skill of selling
- Knowledge and skills of using sales channels (including digital)

The Person
- Masters/Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business Management (If the experience of the candidate is strikingly distinctive the education requirements can be relaxed)
- Work-experience of ASM or equivalent level (3 to 5 years) in a medium-sized FMCG organization
