About Us:

Saras Analytics is an analytics consulting firm founded by a BITS Pilani alumnus. Our goal is to help US based startups, and small/medium enterprises grow through the application of data analytics. We have a business development team in the US with two of our founders based there. We are well funded and are growing fast.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a disciplined and self-motivated senior data analyst. Since we are a young firm, the responsibilities associated with this role are greater in scope than at larger, more established firms.

If you join us, you will be involved in all stages of our operations, including project procurement, where you will help our sales team decide how to pitch to potential clients, project planning/management, where you will set the goals of an engagement and create a plan of action, and project execution - you will lead a small team of junior data analysts to achieve those goals.

Working with us will give you a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to the entire analytics consulting life-cycle.

Requirements list:

- A Bachelors- degree in engineering

- 3+yrs data analytics experience, preferable at a large analytics services company like Mu Sigma

- Well versed with Python/R, Excel, SQL, Tableau

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Compensation:

Will depend on what you bring to the table and will be above Industry Average.
