- Saras Analytics is a fast-growing data management and analytics company based out of Hyderabad, India. We are focussed on accelerating growth for e-commerce and digital businesses by transforming their analytics &amp; BI. - Our products Daton and Halo help digital businesses aggregate data from their siloed systems into a data warehouse and map the data sources to prepare ML ready datasets and automated BI. Our analytics team helps businesses unlock value by building analytical solutions and also integrate them into our products. - We are looking for a senior analytics person who can help us grow the analytics business. A day in this role would entail an end to end cycle from - Engaging with CXO's at large enterprises to discover problems and propose solutions - Work with analysts to solve the problem and drive success. - Train and mentor analysts and build delivery capability - Share feedback to the product team on solutions that can be baked into the product. - Help sales team execute campaigns and generate leads Preferred Qualifications : - Experience delivering marketing, customer and digital analytics projects for large organizations - Experience working on analytical problems involving forecasting, clustering, and classification. - Demonstrated ability to code in R or Python. - Adept at putting together presentations and presenting to senior leaders - Adept at putting together SOW's and Pre Sales documents - Understanding of Google Analytics, Omniture Site Catalyst or any other digital analytics tools - Ability to coach junior resources and manage their workload - Proficient in spoken and written English - Bachelors or Master degree in engineering or statistics
