Role Overview:
- We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead our finance function.
- The ideal candidate will drive financial planning, reporting, and operational efficiency while ensuring fiscal discipline.
- This role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and executional levels, making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and scale our business effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Work with the leadership team to Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives to support sustainable growth.
- Team Leadership: Build and work with agency partners, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, providing accurate forecasts and financial models to guide decision-making.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence.
- Profitability & Cost Optimization: Identify revenue opportunities and cost-saving initiatives to enhance margins and financial performance.
- Operational Finance: Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury management, ensuring financial stability.
- Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with leadership on fundraising, capital allocation, and investor communications if needed.
- IPO Preparation: Play a key role in preparing the company for an SME IPO, including financial due diligence, compliance, and investor relations.
- Process & Systems Improvement: Enhance financial processes, automation, and internal controls for efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in taking ownership of all finance tasks.
- Experience in e-commerce, consulting, or high-growth start-ups is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to financial decision-making.
- Experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
- Proven ability to drive cost optimization and improve profitability.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
- Hands-on experience with finance tools (e. , Zoho books, Excel, BI tools).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, preferred.
