Roles and Responsibilities:
- If you are an individual who is extremely self-motivated and have the technical skills to drive conversions on a site, then we are looking for you! A day in this role would involve performing analysis on data from various analytics, CRM, and marketing systems and finding opportunities to improve marketing, operations, and website performance.
- You will be interacting with and presenting to C-level executives on a regular basis, and it is important that you are exceptional at communicating your analysis in business terms.
A typical day in this role would entail an end-to-end cycle from :
- Helping CXO's at large enterprises in providing analytics backed recommendations to improve conversion rates on the website
- Audit Google Analytics setups of large e-commerce brands and get them fixed
- Share feedback to the product team on solutions that can be baked into the product
Required Skill sets :
- Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Python and Excel
- High aptitude and critical thinking capability
- Proactive in taking up ownership of project responsibilities
- Excellent logical, analytical and communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Ability to grasp complex technical concept and make them easily understandable in text and pictures while paying attention to detail
Preferred Experience/Qualification :
- 2+ years of experience working in relevant analytical roles
- Proficiency working with dashboarding tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Past work in advanced statistical concepts and machine learning
- Professional experience working on problems involving forecasting and classification
- Proficiency working with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture SiteCatalyst, etc.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Statistics
