Role: Business Partner HR

Position: Assistant Manager HR

This role primarily responsible for end to end HR activities, right start from Hiring to Exit. this position has to handle min of 400 employees across the region. Candidate should have rich experience in hiring and in the post recruitment activities.

Candidate should have experience in the following:

- Liasoning with statutory consultants

- Drive Labour and Statutory Compliance

- Employee Engagement and Culture Building

- Manage Performance Appraisal Process and Payroll Processing

- Mediate Performance Management Process.

- Hiring the crew members for the restaurants

- Induction/ Joining of new employees

- Payroll inputs - filing and documentation

- Recruitment Support and Bench Planning

- Field HR Audit of process and systems at store

- Implementation and amendment of Policy

- Partnering with Business on HR related support.

- HR MIS and reporting

Salary Range: 5-7 LPA
