Key Responsibilities :
- Program manage people engagement and development initiatives across the organization
- Support design and delivery of learning initiatives
- Support design and delivery of organization design and effectiveness initiatives
- Record, monitor and evaluate training programs and maintain metrics on program effectiveness
- Support implementation of employee engagement surveys and action planning
- Execute and track career management program and IDPs
- Plan and organize employee induction and orientation programs
- Execute and monitor Performance Management processes
- Execute culture building initiatives across the organization
- Design and execute Employer branding initiatives
- Program manage HRMS implementation
- Prepare and maintain organization charts
- Design and execute metrics and dashboards on effectiveness of corporate initiatives
- Manage vendors and budgets for corporate initiatives
Knowledge and Experience :
- MBA HR with 2 years of experience in L&D and/or OD, employee engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects at various stages
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge and interest in use of digital and social media to drive forward learning and engagement opportunities
- Skill in use of image & video editing and publishing software(s) is a bonus
