SAP Testing Strategy Lead - IT

- Managed multiple SAP implementation projects as Test Manager, Testing tool, Automation and Reporting experience

- Accountable to define test strategy for the program, identify right tool, process and setup

- Responsible to coordinate and delivery of offshore factory testing services

- Establishes the test plan, including resource scheduling.

- Establishes the test tool and manages validation requirements where applicable based on industry need

- Coordination and facilitation of interface and integration testing with deployment managers.

- Work with client IT organization to align on testing plans

- Monitors the test execution process for quality testing and accurate results.

- Drive testing efficiency, e.g. through automation of testing activities

- Ensures that there is a disciplined and consistent and robust testing approach

- Monitors and executes progress against the project plan.

- Updates key stakeholders with appropriate tracking metrics and status updates on a regular basis.

- Tests sign-off and approval coordination with deployment managers.

- Anticipation, resolution and escalation of risks and issues during testing.
