Manage the offer process for all hires, continually evaluate and adapt recruiting strategy / plan so that improvement / efficiencies are gained.  - Ensure that you continuosly improve your skills and knowledge of recruiting, selection and consulting.Sourcing Strategies and different sourcing metologies methods  Experience in managing Hackathons and other networking events  EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :  - A first-class Bachelor's or ideally Master's degree in an HR-related discipline  - Excellent communications skills in English  - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and creative and innovative thinking  - Open-mindedness and flexibility  - Results-oriented problem solving skills and can do/make it happen attitude  - High service orientation toward internal customers - our SAP employees  WORK EXPERIENCE  - 1-1.5yrs experience in Recruiting in a Product organisation.  - Ideally, prior HR experience as an intern or working student with SAP.
