Job Description:
Job Requirements:
- Integration with external third-party vendors like background verification agency, assessment, job posting aggregators etc.
- Knowledge of key resources to stay up-to-date SAP Jam Group, SAP Support Portal, HCM Cloud ops, partner portal etc.
- 3 end-to-end implementations or support projects of SAP SuccessFactors
- Recruiting Management module d Strong skill of documentation in the form of configuration workbook, test scripts, training manuals etc
Technical Experience :
- 11 plus years of experience in core/domain HR in recruitment process, Good written and verbal communication, team player, process orientated.
- Hands-on experience on configuration of candidate status set, Recruiting Data Models XMLs, recruiting settings, career sites, agency setup and reporting areas .
- Job Profile Builder integration experience, Knowledge of configuring rules in Recruiting d Lead business requirement gathering workshops with client OR client facing role in a support project
