SAP SD Consultant - AFS/FMS/S4 Hana (5-8 yrs)

For a US based SAP and Digital solutions provider having its Dev Center in Bangalore in the Fashion and Lifestyle industries, working with global brands and retailers to help them transition to the digital age, we are looking for SAP SD consultants with minimum 4 to 8 Years experience in AFA/FMS experience with S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute by analyzing client's business processes and design of SAP AFS/FMS/S4 HANA Fashion Wholesale solution that fits the process

- Preparation and coordination of process design workshops with all relevant stakeholders

- Move logically and creatively from facts to conclusions in order to derive the best solution that is well aligned to the client's business processes

- Assist in the preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and knowledge transfers

- Identify opportunities that may help in the continuous improvements in the client's business processes and highlight the potential threats and bottlenecks including possible suggestions to overcome them

- Continuously develop SAP core skills and business knowledge based on accumulated experience.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

- A degree in Business Management or an equivalent professional qualification

- Should have minimum of 4 years of hands on experience

- SAP Certification in SD will be an added advantage

- At least 5 years of work experience in areas such as Customer Service, Marketing & Merchandising with knowledge in the Fashion & Lifestyles industry

- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, conceptual thinking and innovation

SAP AFS/FMS/S4 HANA experience and Skills:

Process Analysis:

- Business process requirements analysis & Process Mapping

- Analyze GAPS in the solution with fit-gap recommendations

Process Mapping and Configuration:

- Definition of Enterprise Structures

- Sales Org, distribution channel, and division settings

- Delivering Plant assignments

Master Data:

- Settings for common master data maintenance

- Business partner settings such as customer hierarchies, account groups, customer master field settings per account group, Customer group definitions

Business process mapping:

- Clear understanding of the use of order types, item categories and schedule line categories

Realization and Testing:

Ability to define the relevant logic and the reference data structures for developments that maybe required

Support & Training:

Power/Super user training and system documentation (process diagrams, business procedures, user manuals etc.
