Job Summary: - As an experienced Consultant or Manager within SAP S4 HANA platform implementation programs, bring industry knowledge, business process expertise and SAP S4 HANA techno-functional skills for Products clients in Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing, Transportation, Freight Logistics industries - To work with client account teams and technology centers colleagues to create business value proposition, technology platform assessment framework, business requirements document, to-be processes, data strategy and change management plan for implementing SAP S4 HANA platform. Key Responsibilities: - Support client account teams in sales proposals by assessing Value Potential for Platforms transformation program and create business value proposition for clients - Deliver consulting part of the Platforms projects using her/his SAP S4 HANA Techno-Functional Consulting skills & experience (S/4 HANA experience in SAP IBP / SAP EAM / SAP EWM / SAP DBM / SAP APO / PLM) - Independently handle project work stream, with limited supervision - Project manage implementation programs (Programs based on Agile / Waterfall delivery methodologies) - Draw on her/his knowledge and experience to provide insightful, opportunity-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust fit-gap analysis - Generate utilization demand for self and other team members by building relationships with various stakeholders - Collaborate / Guide team members in developing/enhancing SAP S4 HANA capability within the team - Travel within or outside India for project delivery (depending upon project requirements) Qualifications Required: Education: MBA Graduate Work Experience: Totally 8+ years of overall Industry + Consulting experience of which 4 + years of experience should be in SAP domain. Within the SAP experience, 2+ years (or at least 2 large scale implementations) of experience should be in implementing SAP S4 HANA projects Other certifications: Would be advantageous, not mandatory: Agile Coach / Scrum Master Certification Project Management: PMP or Prince 2 Client Exposure: Exposure to clients with global or multi-national operations Core Skills Required: - Platforms skills: SAP S4 HANA platform experience required (functional consulting skills along with implementation experience) SAP S/4 HANA skills &amp; experience in the following modules SAP IBP / SAP EAM / SAP EWM / SAP DBM / SAP APO / PLM Deep business process design, operational performance improvement, business value case development experience that can be applied in techno-functional role for platforms implementation (SAP S4 HANA or other industry-specific platforms) - Value Architecting skills: Assess Value Potential of a transformation program and ability to architect the value proposal based on business &amp; operational performance indicators - Process Transformation skills: Involves defining key business processes, benchmarking vis-a-vis leading practices and creating to-be-enterprise. - Experience (work experience or consulting experience) in Automotive / Industrial Equipment / Manufacturing / Transportation / Freight Logistics industries - Should have deep understanding of industry value chain and core business processes - Program Management skills: Involves effectively planning, managing and coordinating delivery work streams in a dynamic environment with numerous stakeholders and executing on-time and on budget. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead global distributed teams - People Management skills: Developing capability within the team and supervision of practice and project team members - Communication skills: Strong verbal and writing skills and experience of producing high quality documentation &amp; presentations (using MS Power Point).
