Job Description:
Program Director
- Multiple large-scale SAP Implementation Experience
- Understand program stakeholder goals and expectations
- Establish and launch the governance structure and processes needed to support the program
- Responsible for mobilizing, organising and managing the offshore delivery teams across the program
- Work with deployment lead and managers to ensure effective resourcing of landed teams
- Ensure that programme controls procedures are established and adhered to in delivery centre locations
- Monitor and control the factory services, ultimate client escalation point for offshore services
- Assess program performance, risks, issues and impact on solution delivery commitments, relationships, etc.
- Assess options to address the risks and issues and improve the program performance
- Support the issue escalation and resolution

- Make governance decisions and identify action items

- Accountable for leadership, team motivation and incentivisation of the team
