SAP PP Role - Big4 (7-14 yrs)
Position- SAP PP Manager
Qualifications :
- B.E/B.Tech/B.Com or BBA from reputed institutes
- MCA/M.Tech/MBA from reputed institutes
Experience needed :
- 7+ years of SAP experience
- SAP certification would be desirable
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
Technical knowledge:
- Hands on experience SAP implementation or support projects on either of the core SAP modules (PP). Excellent knowledge on basic SAP module concepts
- Should have at least 4 end to end SAP implementation experience in modules
- Experience in CIN preferable
- Executing SAP related engagements - requirements gathering, pre & post implementation review, BBP design and review, configuration review, program management engagements, project risk engagements, data migration engagements, segregation of duties design or review engagement
- Assisting clients in finalizing organization structure design in SAP
- Demonstrating strong business understanding and suggest SAP solution for various business scenarios
- Exposure to more than 1 module would be an added advantage
- Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects
- Interacting with various Head of Departments and CEO level personnel, SAP implementation partner teams, client IT team and other stakeholders
- Maintaining excellent client relationship
- Get more business and cross sell
- Adept at handling multiple projects and teams
Project management skills & Business Acumen :
- To facilitate effective account management across various streams of activities including account planning and client relationship management, pipeline management, delivery alignment and client feedback.
Stakeholder & People Management Skills:
- Ability to interact with Senior clients
- Manage team members and utilize them to the best of their potentials
- Collaborative work-style and ability to work in a team
Problem-solving :
- Add value in complex analysis
- Meet the needs of the clients by using a combination of intuition and analysis
