Position purpose : - Propose and design IS Solutions to meet business needs and ensure relevance &amp; consistency within the global IS landscape, - Ensure successful project implementations (cost, deadline, quality, performance &amp; security). - +5 years in IT Project dept. or similar in an international environment (Project Management &amp; IT Solution design) Key competencies requirement Functional: - Functional IS Architecture &amp; Business solutions skills regarding Manufacturing &amp; Maintenance processes. - Strong Knowledge of SAP PP &amp; PM and their integration with the other SAP ECC modules - Experience with SAP MII module and integration with MES system strongly appreciated - Project Management experience, methodology &amp; tools, - High Business sensitivity, result oriented, - First experience in implementing innovative solutions: Predictive maintenance, mobility- Managerial: - Ability to build and coordinate teams across geographical locations with various functional &amp; technical expertise, - Capability to organize activities, evaluate, schedule, follow, manage the risks, communicate, worldwide. - Open mind, Information sharing Leadership: - Listening skills and conviction strength for sharing and arbitrating, - Ability to know how to look at the bottom line and express the issue clearly, - Capacity to adapt language to interlocutors, Proactive - Remote work capacity, Multisite experience - Adaptability, capacity to support the digital transformation of the company Key Accountabilities : - Accountable for the global solution design fulfilling the business requirements, - Ensuring robustness, performance, ergonomics, upgradability, simplicity of use- - Accountable for delivering solutions on time, on budget with the expected quality and accordingly to the IT architecture policy, standards &amp; norms, - Accountable for the delivery of Global Project document templates - Ensures good relationship with the business.
