SAP HCM Consultant - Steel Manufacturing Firm (5-8 yrs)
We are urgently hiring SAP HCM Consultant for Leading Steel Manufacturing Company in Odisha.
Position: SAP HCM Consultant (Asst. Manager/ Manager)
Experience: 5 - 8 years
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Odisha
Role & Responsibilities:
1) Strong hands-on experience in Indian Payroll.
2) Must have had done at least 1 or 2 End-to-End Implementation projects on SAP HR & Payroll.
3) Manage System Configuration, Testing and Implementation of SAP HR and Pay SAP HR, ESS/MSS, Time Management and Payroll solutions.
4) Possess strong knowledge on Organization management, Personnel administration, Time management, Payroll & ESS/MSS.
5) Should have strong knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customizing-Payroll & Time management.
6) Must have knowledge in Payroll and Time Management
7) Must have relevant knowledge in SAP HCM technical and functional module
8) Good to have SAP Success Factor knowledge.
9) Should be a team player and have good Communication skills.

Must be ready to relocate.
