SAP Functional Analyst- Retail/ CAR

POSITION SUMMARY:

The SAP Functional Analyst- Retail/CAR will be a member of the Global Support team and provide application support for SAPs S4 Fashion Solution for the Retail module. This position will bring subject matter expertise specific to the sales area including:

- Stock protection and stock sharing

- Replenishment via Stock Transfer Order

- Store Inventory Management

- Store Operations via SAP Gateway/FIORI

- Integration with RDIF solutions in the stores

- Pricing, Promotions, Bonus buys and Gift cards

- CAR Integration

- Click and collect, Return in store and other Omni-channel processes

The Functional Analyst will provide end-user support for the SAP S4 Retail/CAR module, support continuous improvement activities, and interface across the application administration and architecture team. The Functional Analyst will support various testing activities, including support for project testing, documentation of testing for minor changes, coordination of user testing, etc.
