We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP FICO solutions. As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring the SAP FICO module, and providing expert guidance on financial accounting and controlling processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' financial management needs.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand their financial accounting and controlling needs.

- Configure and customize the SAP FICO module to align with business processes and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules or third-party systems.

- Design and implement financial accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and bank accounting.

- Set up controlling processes, including cost center accounting, profitability analysis, and internal orders.

- Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve issues identified during the testing phases.

- Provide end-user training and support on SAP FICO functionality, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption.

- Assist in data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, and validation.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO features, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our solutions and services.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

- X+ years of hands-on experience as a SAP FICO Consultant, working on full-cycle implementations and support projects.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including financial accounting, controlling, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, processes, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP FICO functionalities, such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and controlling areas.

- Experience with data migration and data conversion activities in SAP FICO projects.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
