SAP FICO-FMCG/Pharma

Max budget is 27 Lacs p.a

Monthly SAP Book Closure :

- Ensuring coordination within the finance team for timely & accurate run of all Assessment Cycles in SAP

- Single Point of contact for all FICO Related issues into SAP transition

- Ensure timely and accurate updation of Forex rates & Month end closing controls

- Banking integrations with all leading banks & continuous automation of routine transaction

- Support all BRS through SAP to controls & Sales finance teams

- Managing of varied tools integrated to SAP like GLSU, Cadency , BPC etc.

- Maintaining all SOA driven workflows in SAP - FICO Perspective

SAP related Automation & Controls :

- Be a champion of automation across FICO module both SAP driven as well as ancillary tools within

- Closely work with Controls team (BU & Regional) to develop & manage SAP based controls Framework

- Automation of GST framework, closely supporting the tax team on Digi gst & other compliances

- Reports Automation into SAP, closely working with the ABAP & IT Developers

- Master COPA Cycles run & assessment cycle changes into SAP

Statutory / Internal Compliances :

- Review independently all SOD conflicts & ensure resolutions

- Support & thrive to achieve SAP GRC implementation from FICO controls perspective

- Work closely with tax team to ensure monthly, Quarterly & yearly compliances for Tax & ways to automate the data flow through SAP

- Champion the movement from Internal Order based systems to PS module for better controls

- Manage all Audits (internal & external) from SAP & Systems perspective ( FI driven)

- Support tax team in all tax compliance for TDS , Income tax & GST
