SAP Data Migration Strategy Manager - IT

- SAP Deployment experience as Data Migration Lead

- Data Migration tool experience would be preferable

- Overall responsibility for end to end data migration process, defining strategies and approaches

- Defining requirements and specifications for Data Migration scope

- Own and control data migration templates, tools and artefacts

- Review, control and prioritize demand to offshore data migration factory

- Gain input and acceptance from internal Customer governance IS and business data, process and technical owners during design phase of new / changed requirements

- Run review meetings with the internal Customer stakeholders and provide updates on achieving optimization and industrialization targets

- Accountable for the end-to-end data migration process across all teams and co-ordinates data sign-off by the deployment countries.

- Manages the day-to-day delivery against the data migration plan, issues and risks and reports status

- Works with functional workstreams to define data format standards, prepare the data

- Manages the data migration cycle (ETL) and weekly cleansing cycle

- Escalates any issues or risks affecting his area of responsibility

- Ensures that the business data leads identify business data owners and perform the data migration activities (mapping, validation and final sign-off)

- End to end responsible for delivering successful data cleansing, readiness migration at market / manufacturing site including coordinating the site data leads

- Lead data fit gap and produce fit gap analysis report across cluster market / manufacturing site

- Obtain sign-off from the business and deployment team into the form of a Change Request
