SAP ABAP Leader

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science / MIS from an accredited university

- Must have 7+ years overall SAP ABAP experience with at least 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP Lead. 2 Full Life cycle implementations (Development or Governance Lead)and must have 5-7 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, programming for various modules as technical designer and developer.

- Experience in application development using ABAP/4, Java, HANA, SAP R/3 & ECC systems, spanning various phases of software development lifecycle such as user requirements analysis, technical specification design, coding, modifications, code reviews, testing, performance tuning etc.

- Development experience in interfaces, conversions and reporting using SAP's development tools including ABAP/4, CDS views, Fiori UI5, AMDP procedures, IDOC/ALE, RFC's, ITS, HTML, SAP script.

- Must have experience with SAP HANA implementation and/or migration, working in a HANA development environment and using code pushdown techniques like CDS views and AMDP procedures.

- Knowledge of and experience in SAP Fiori development using SAP UI5 and SAP Gateway architecture and setup.

- Experience in Customization & Development of SAP Scripts, Smart forms and Adobe forms.

- Experience in Data Migration and Data Uploads using Batch Data Communication Programs (BDCs), Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) and LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit).

- 2+ years- experience with addressing defects identified during the testing process and different tools.

- Excellent Problem Solving and debugging skills.

- Experience with Data Dictionary Objects, Function Modules and ABAP Query.

- Experience mentoring developers and leading and managing others.

- Experience developing and enforcing standards: Technical architecture, environment, etc.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer-focused processes & procedures

- Excellent people skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships

- Understanding SDLC and QA methodologies
